- Know how to estimate the maximum contract value (MCV) of goods or services you’re procuring.
- Check your agency’s accreditation level and whether your agency is subject to enforceable procurement provisions (EPP).
- Use a whole-of-government contract or scheme to procure, unless you have an exemption.
