What you need to know
- There are several Acts and policies that apply to procurement. These set the framework under which you can buy goods and services.
- The most important Act is the Public Works and Procurement Act 1912, which establishes our procurement regime.
- The NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework is also a vital document. You must adhere to many of its terms whenever you buy.
