The Minor Works (MW21) standard form can be generally used for construction contracts valued up to $2 million, which are non-complex or repetitive in nature with relatively simple contractual arrangements.

The MW21 standard form is provided to help NSW Government agencies to document and manage construction contracts with an estimated value of up to $2 million for engagements under:
