The IBM Contract makes it easier for NSW Government agencies to buy IBM products and services commonly used across government. The agreement:

- provides benefits and pricing not previously available to buyers with less volume.
Buyers can use this agreement following a formal approach to market in accordance with their agency procurement policies.

Who's eligible to buy
The IBM contract is a mandatory, whole-of-government agreement.
This means all NSW Government agencies are eligible to use – and must use – this contract when buying IBM products and services.
The contract is also available to state-owned corporations established under the State Owned Corporations Act 1989 (NSW).
Other organisations are not eligible to buy from this contract.

- Request a copy of the contract by emailing ictservices@customerservice.nsw.gov.au
- Review the contract and the contract guide, including the risk guidance notes.
- Complete the IBM work order in the agreement to define the specific scope and requirements of your procurement.
How to manage complaints and disputes
If a complaint or dispute occurs, both the buyer and the supplier must first seek resolution at the agency level.
