Update to whole-of-government IBM Contract

Contract 833 now includes cloud and professional services.

Digital.NSW has expanded the whole-of-government IBM Contract (contract 833) to include cloud and professional services.

The agreement now covers a broad range of products and services offered by IBM, such as software licence, support maintenance and hardware.

Buyers should only use the contract when a formal approach to market determines IBM as the preferred supplier. In this case, contract 833 is mandated by Procurement Board Direction PBD-2021-04.
