Who's eligible to buy

The Construction Consultants Advisory Panel is a recommended, whole-of-government panel.

All NSW Government agencies are eligible

This means that all NSW Government agencies can use this contract when buying construction advisory services.

Non-agency buyers may also be eligible

You don’t have to be a NSW Government agency to buy under NSW Government contracts, panels and contracts.

But you do have to apply to become an eligible non-agency buyer. Once approved, you'll get an authorised buyer identification number (NSWBuy number). Use this number to buy through NSW Government schemes and contracts.

Good to know

Suppliers on the panel are qualified to act as undertaking managers. While they may be suitable for other roles, you should conduct your due diligence.

How to buy

Seeking quotes

The panel doesn't have its own rules around numbers of quotes you must seek. Please follow your agency’s procurement rules.
