Card Fuel and Associated Products Contract
Update history
BP joins Ampol, Viva (Shell) and WEX (Motorpass) to supply fuel cards on the new contract 370.
From 7 July 2021, BP joins the panel of approved suppliers on the new Card Fuel and Associated Products Contract (C370).
The new contract 370 started on 1 July 2021, as previously announced. Until now, BP customers were receiving fuel supply under the previous contract terms.
From today, information on the FUELnet website reflects new pricing for all suppliers, including BP.
BP transition
BP will be contacting existing customers with the new pricing, terms and conditions. You can then continue to access fuel supply under the new terms.
New customers can contact BP and ask for an application form.

New suppliers on contract 370 are Ampol (Caltex), Viva Energy (Shell) and WEX Inc.
From 1 July 2021, WEX Inc will join the current suppliers Ampol (Caltex) and VivaEnergy (Shell) as the approved suppliers on the new contract.
WEX has more small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in their retail network. We’ll have more petrol stations accepting fuel cards issued under contract 370 and cover areas where branded networks aren’t able to supply fuel.
Branded retailers’ networks won’t accept WEX cards. This ensures we optimise savings and balance network coverage.
We’re in the final stages of contract negotiation with the current supplier BP Australia. We’ll update buy.nsw as soon as we reach an outcome.
Transition to the new contract
Current suppliers Ampol and VivaEnergy will contact customers with the new terms and conditions. You can then continue to take fuel supply under new terms. Until then, you'll continue to receive fuel under the contract expiring 30 June 2021.
