What's covered
This gives NSW Fair Trading a competitive pool of prequalified service providers to undertake the statutory appointment function.
The scheme covers the following categories under relevant legislation:
- Accounts Examiner, Manager, Receiver – Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002
- Manager, Receiver – Conveyancers Licensing Act 2003
- Administrator – Motor Dealers and Repairers Act 2013
- Inquirer, Administrator – Residential (Land Lease) Communities Act 2013 and Retirement Villages Act 1999
What you need to know
Service providers are prequalified to work in the following services:
- tier 1 valued up to $150,000
- tier 2 valued up to $300,000
- tier 3 valued up to $500,000
How to apply
The scheme is always open for applications.
Application reviews happen on a demand basis. As a minimum, reviews will take place twice a year.
FAQs for suppliers
If I am already prequalified under other NSW Government schemes am I automatically eligible for this scheme?
No. You will need to submit an application addressing the requirements of this scheme.
Can I use existing client referees for my application?
Yes. If you have existing client referees that meet the criteria, and they are relevant to the category you are applying for, you may use the scheme template as a cover page for your existing client referees.
Can I register for more than one category with one application?
Yes, You can nominate for multiple categories within one application providing you can meet the evaluation criteria for each category.
Can I use one reference or project across multiple capabilities?
Yes, you can nominate for multiple capabilities using the same references or project examples.
How long will it take for the review of my application?
Application reviews are conducted on a demand basis. As a minimum, reviews will take place twice a year.
