The Mini Minor Works (MMW) standard form is provided to help NSW Government agencies to document and manage simple construction contracts with an estimated value of up to $250,000 or less for engagements under the General Construction Works Valued up to $1 Million Scheme (SCM0256).

Asbestos removal clauses amended to include the requirement that persons dealing with asbestos have completed an online awareness course in situations where licenced removal is not required. Additionally, a requirement added for a copy of the daily monitoring records to be provided to the Principal.
