SuccessFactors incorporated into SAP Cloud Services Agreement

SAP SuccessFactors products can now be procured through SAP Cloud Services Agreement (contract 2602).

SAP SuccessFactors Agreement (contract 1217) reaches the end of its term on 26 November 2023. Buyers must now use SAP Cloud Services Agreement (contract 2602) when procuring SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) products.

Eligible buyers can procure HCM as a subscription bundle or individual modules.
