The contract covers Salesforce SaaS including CRM, Mulesoft, Tableau and Slack.
What you need to know
The contract is based on the ICT Purchasing Framework rules. This agreement is mandated under PBD-2021-04 Approved procurement arrangements.
The contract provides:
- simplified contract terms and conditions
- a service catalogue with prices for cloud services, improved through group buying
- simplified procurement of cloud products and services through pre-agreed terms and conditions
- opportunities for innovation through a cloud-enabled next generation agreement.

Who's eligible to buy
The contract is available to NSW Government agencies only.
The definition of NSW Government agencies is:
- all NSW Government sector agencies (within the meaning of the Government Sector Employment Act 2013)
- any NSW Government agency (including a body that is declared to be a statutory body representing the NSW Crown - see Interpretation Act 1987)
- any other public authority constituted by or under NSW legislation or that exercises public functions (other than a state-owned corporation)
- any state-owned corporation prescribed by regulations under the Public Works and Procurement Act 1912.
How to buy
Step 1: Access documents
Visit the ICT/Digital Sourcing Portal (ICTDS Portal) to find the Salesforce MICTA, ICTA, Cloud module and related documents.
Step 2: Request portal access
If you don't have access use the ICTDS Portal access request.
Step 3: Update request
If you already have access to the ICTDC portal request an update to access the Salesforce agreement.
How to manage complaints and disputes
If a complaint or dispute occurs, both the buyer and the supplier must first seek resolution at the agency level.
