  • automated and manual curated customised reporting
  • distribution of summaries, ping alerts, newsletters and reports.

Basic analytics

  • automated analysis of data with customisable tools (type, outlet, audience, location, date)
  • automated sentiment analysis for all digital media.

Advanced analytics, audience intelligence and social listening of pulsar platform

Other services

  • media contacts database (Australian and New Zealand media contacts)
  • media release distribution (unlimited media releases)
  • international monitoring (for online coverage).

Tier 1 services

  • human driven quantitative and qualitative analysis of all the media, including social media, with customised and dynamic dahboard analysis report. Report types available cover various areas such as campaign analysis, topics or issues analysis, audience discovery, insights, and segmentation, as well as traditional media analysis.
  • qualitative media coverage reports.
  • CALD media summaries and CALD media translation (print and press, broadcast, online and social media. Full article human translation available across 24 languages).
  • daily briefings - human curated daily media reports.

Who's eligible to buy

This is a mandatory, whole-of-government agreement.

All NSW Government agencies are eligible

This means that all NSW Government agencies are eligible to use – and must use – this contract when buying media monitoring services.

How to buy

To order core services through the Media Monitoring Services Contract, please email mms@premiersdepartment.nsw.gov.au

Services will be implemented to eligible agencies within 4 weeks.

To order tier 1 or tier 2 services agencies should contact nswgovt@isentia.com.

Pricing

Core services are financed through the Premier's Department.

Services under tier 1 and tier 2 will be priced according to the contract pricing schedule and financed by the agency placing the order.

How to manage complaints and disputes

If a complaint or dispute occurs, both the buyer and the supplier must first seek resolution at the agency level.
