Lessors Panel

Contract 333 Lessors Panel has been extended to 30 June 2028.

C333 contract have been extended under the current terms and conditions of the existing agreements.

No further action is required from buyers or suppliers.

The new mandatory whole-of-government contract starts 1 July 2021 for an initial 5-year term.

All NSW Government clusters have executed contracts with all suppliers on the panel.

Agencies will need to establish new agreements before 1 July 2021.

NSW Procurement has established a new whole-of-government Fleet Lessor Funding Panel C333.

The new panel will replace the existing arrangement and continue to be mandatory for all NSW Government agencies.

From 1 July 2021, the new providers will be:

• Custom Service Leasing Pty Ltd  ABN: 60 073 245 084
• Interleasing (Australia) Limited ABN: 23 008 589 562
• Toyota Finance Australia Ltd ABN: 48 002 435 181
• Volkswagen Financial Services Australia Pty Limited ABN:  20 097 071 460

Action for buyers

Agencies must ensure new Master Operating Lease Agreements are in place before 1 July 2021.

NSW Procurement will provide agencies the supplier signed agreements in duplicate. Agencies must sign the agreements, retain a copy for their records and return a signed copy to NSW Procurement before 1 July 2021.
