The change is effective from 1 October 2023.
Contract 9826 replaced the previous ICT End User Devices and Services Contract 999 on 1 October 2023.
Order forms signed on or before 30 September 2023 under contract 999 will be honoured until they expire.
Key changes to the ICT End User Devices and Services Panel
The new panel contract offers a wider range of services and a large supplier pool to choose from. It was established using the MICTA/ICTA contracting framework.
Contract 9826 includes:
- end user computing devices structured into categories and sub-categories
- device-as-a-service (DaaS)
- software-as-a-service (SaaS)
- larger, more diverse range of services suppliers, including disposal, sanitisation, asset tagging, installation and others
- revised governance, reporting and supplier management model within requirements.
