The new mandatory whole-of-government contract 801 began on 1 July 2024 with a 5-year term.
NSW Health have updated the whole-of-government Food Services Contract (contract 801), which will be in effect from 1 July 2024 until 30 June 2029.
Supplier information by region and product category has been updated.
Eight new suppliers have been added to the contract.
The new suppliers are:

- Fresh to Go Foods Pty Ltd
- Indigenous Meat Co Pty Ltd
- MD Fresh Pty Ltd
- Sydney Direct Fresh Produce Pty Ltd
Other essential details, such as food standards and insurance policies have also been updated.
