Update history
The new mandatory whole-of-government contract 300 starts 1 July 2021 for an initial 5-year term.
All NSW Government clusters have executed contracts with at least one supplier on the panel.

Agencies will need to establish a new agreement before 1 July 2021.
NSW Procurement has established a new whole-of-government Fleet Management Panel C300.
The new panel will replace the existing arrangement and continue to be mandatory for all NSW Government agencies.
From 1 July 2021, the new providers will be:
- LeasePlan Australia Ltd
- SgFleet Australia Pty Ltd
- SmartFleet Management Pty Ltd
Action for buyers
Agencies must ensure new agreements are in place before 1 July 2021.
We advise agencies to engage each provider for discussions to select their new supplier. Each supplier contact details are provided. Agencies are required to ensure new agreements are in place with their selected supplier before 1 July 2021.

Both contracts have been extended with the same terms and conditions.
NSW Procurement has extended whole-of-government Contract 300 Fleet Management Panel and Contract 333 Lessors Panel to 4 March 2021.
No action is required from buyers or suppliers.
