Disposal of Motor Vehicles Contract

NSW Procurement has appointed Manheim Pty Ltd as the new disposal provider for agency owned vehicles.

From 1 July 2022 all agency owned assets are mandated to be disposed of through Manheim Pty Ltd. The new contract has an initial 5-year term, plus one 2 year and one 1 year extension options.

NSW Government agencies and other eligible non-agency buyers can participate in this contract.

This does not affect leased motor vehicles through C333 Lessor Panel.

Contract 603 extended with the same conditions.

NSW Procurement has extended Contract 603 Disposal of Motor Vehicles to 30 June 2022.

All conditions remain the same as per the existing agreement.

There will be an increase in the buyer's fee of $50.00 per vehicle, which is charged to the individual buying the vehicle, not the seller of the vehicle.

No action is required from buyers.
