Landcom is committed to increasing the supply of affordable housing in NSW. Our relationship with the community housing sector is key to us delivering on this commitment.
The National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) maintain a database of registered community housing providers. Landcom works closely with NRSCH and the Community Housing Industry Association NSW and have an agreement to distribute information about development opportunities through them.
Landcom have therefore decided to discontinue the scheme. Thank you to all providers who participated in Landcom’s Affordable Housing Scheme (SCM4421).
