Amendments to the Accreditation Program for Goods and Services Procurement
Updated: 18 Dec 2020

The Procurement Board approved amendments to the Accreditation Program for Goods and Service Procurement on 25 November 2020.

These include:

  • limited delegations to lead buyer agencies and Procurement Leadership Group (PLG) for setting up whole-of-government procurement arrangements that replace existing ones
  • allowing accredited agencies to include information about complexity and risks associated with trigger events that might impact their ability to meet the requirements of the accreditation program.

These amendments were developed in consultation with agencies.

Further information about the new delegations from the Procurement Board and updates about trigger events reporting is in the updated Accreditation Program Requirement.
