Digital.NSW has extended whole-of-government Contract 2210 Telecommunications Purchasing Arrangements (TPA) to 30 June 2025.

No action is required from buyers or suppliers.

Telecommunications Purchasing Arrangements (TPA) refreshed

Changes include enhanced pool of suppliers, services, pricing, and terms and conditions.

Digital.NSW has completed an new intake of suppliers to the TPA panel (contract 2210).

We’ve also refreshed service offerings, pricing and commercial conditions. Key changes include:

  • price reductions across service towers and areas such as fixed data
  • inclusion of new services, such as cloud connectivity, 5G and SD-LANaaS
  • provisions for promotions, social procurement objectives and policy requirements.

These changes aim to:

  • provide choice to customers and encourage a vibrant market
  • include the latest industry service offerings
  • increase value for money
  • uplift terms and conditions.

We’ve also exercised the first 1-year extension option in the TPA head agreement. The end date for the head agreement has now changed to 30 June 2024.
