On 5 March 2024, ICT/Digital Sourcing launched the mandatory whole-of-government panel for Print and Imaging Devices and Services (C9827PID).

While continuing to support the primary goods and services associated with print and imaging, the panel offers refreshed goods, services and managed print services bundles. Devices are structured into categories and subcategories (MFD’s, laser, scanners, fax and specialty devices (for example, large format, label and 3D). The panel includes as-a-service and managed service options to ensure customers are able to access leading industry offerings, competitive pricing and better value-for-money.
