Updated: 20 Jul 2023

Contract 4000 has been extended with the same terms and conditions with revised prices

NSW Procurement has extended the Retail Supply of Natural Gas Contract with Origin Energy from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.

Contract 4000 offered considerable cost savings with low gas rates compared to the market over the past 4 years. Due to tightening gas supply, prices have doubled in the last 24 months, resulting in up to 75% increase in contract prices from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. Please adjust budgets accordingly.
